Dr. Tara Tarantino is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician in Walnut Creek, California, specializing in Primary Care and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach, building meaningful partnerships with patients to promote their health and wellness. Dr. Tarantino provides comprehensive care for patients 10 years old and older. On January 1, 2025, she launched her independent practice, Tarantino Medical Group, Inc., dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care.

Tarantino Medical Group, Inc. will be transitioning to a Direct Primary Care model starting January 15, 2026.
